FASTag is an electronic toll collection system operated by the NHAI. It uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments directly from the prepaid or savings account linked to it.

If your payment is debited but the recharge fails, the amount is typically refunded to your source account within 5-7 working days. Please check with your bank for confirmation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All FASTag recharges made through our platform are final and non-refundable. Once a recharge is successful, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the vehicle number entered for the recharge is correct. We are not responsible for any recharges made to an incorrect vehicle number.

Failed Transactions

In the event that a recharge transaction fails, but your bank account or wallet has been debited, a refund will be processed automatically by your bank or payment gateway.

  • If the amount has been debited, please wait for 5-7 business days for the automatic refund to reflect in your account.
  • We do not have control over the refund timeline for failed transactions as it is handled by the respective payment gateways and banks.
  • If you do not receive the refund within the stipulated time, please contact your bank with the transaction details.
